Sea farming with AbsolutePerfection last night. I was on Ix’Aern duty, and after not getting him to pop last night, I wasn’t really looking forward to being up there again. We started killing, and he popped after about a half hour. With a party of 5 BLM’s, we were able to kill him in about 15 minutes. We also killed  Jailer of Fortitude!

Apollyon: Kasier Behemoth. My limbus shell has had trouble on this floor for the past week, failing at least 2 times. But last night, we decided to over do it. We blew through all the floors, and KB with over 30mins to spare. We had a couple deaths (not me) because people didn’t follow instructions about kiting counter clockwise, and they led KB into the standing group and they got Meee-teee-orrr’d. But, fuck it, a win is a win. The only mob we skipped was the Adamantoise (sp). 4 coins each, and gtfo. Forgot to take pics of the KB kill

On a separate note, Kawa was doing decent damage with the Stone and Water 5 spells.. and I know I said I wasn’t going to buy them… but I think I just might.

Dynamis- Beauc! My first Beauc run ever, and it went pretty darn well. I’ve been helping Dragonsbane with the pulling of zones lately. It helps a lot when the puller has a personal BLM to sleep shit for him, and it also makes Dynamis not seem so long, since I’m always keeping watch for the next set.

I died a few times, which is fine since I had capped exp when I entered. At one point Jdexhooper nearly wiped us by randomly running into a couple stones, which linked with more stones.. I was able to get one sleepga off before everything raped me, and with half the shell dead, we were able to get through it. The rest of the run went pretty smooth, but I was praying to Alanta that my BLM body would drop.. and behold…!!!

Fuckk yes. Something that isn’t so ugly as black cloak. I had written it into my macro even before it left the treasure pool. Now I just have to try and decide what I’m going to use for a head piece for idle. I threw the Igqira Tiara in there for last night, just for the evasion +10 it offered, but I think I might put the Zenith Crown on that spot because whenever I hit my idle macro, it drops my MP just below my full nuking mp

We got to the boss, Dragonsbane pulled the Dahak’s far far away and we blew up the Boss. I got my win, but sadly, I didn’t know that once you pulled the win, you had to zone out so the dahak’s didn’t kill us all. A short run I suppose, but at least I’m ready for Xarcarbard next week, which will hopefully land me my BLM head, and if I’m lucky and it goes freelot, my SAM head also.

I got invited on my SAM to do a MMM party, which I’ve heard was good exp, and quick… Well this party didn’t really turn out to be that. I got about 8k before I decided to log off and do something else. I did ding SAM76 though, which isn’t bad.

Tinnin fight with AP. Sadly I’ve missed a few fights with them because of my crappy internet connection. Decent drops though, and a fun fight!

Also Armed Gears! I dc’d during this fight about a dozen times.

Now for the portion I’ve been waiting all weekend to blog. Abyssea- Exp! We entered Abyssea-Konschtat with a little more knowledge about how to get better exp than the last time we did. Long story short, I went from 1k Exp into level 79 on BLM, and ended up capped exp at 80, and 10/10 merits. We got so much exp, I had to swap to SAM so that the exp wouldn’t go to waste. After 4 hours we got 160k exp. Completely insane. Check the screenshots. I’ve never seen anything like it. 610 exp a kill when capped. Nearly everyone in the alliance was level 80 when we were finished.

I started my Magian trials for my Cure Potency +17% Staff this weekend. Trial 790: Kill 50 Treants during any weather. With a little guidance from Wakmidget, I traveled to Grauberg [s] and teamed up with a few people killing treants already. I got down to 7 remaining when I had to gather in Sea for events. I probably would have been finished, but I always forget to swap my staff out for the kill. I ended up replacing the Earth staff in my idle macro set with the magian weapon.

We were camping Ix’Aern, and we killed 3 different rooms of arens for 3 hours with no pops. Sad face: Insert here.

I was able to unlock Protectra 5, and dump a few upgrades into my WHM merits, which are badly needed. I’m going to work on getting WHM80 this week, as I’m really looking forward to convert! I’ll probably do some campaign on it, since I haven’t touched my medals in a long time, and I’d like to make sure I have enough Allied Notes for a Allied ring for the next time we get the throne room.

Lots of good stuff going on, but none of it really benefitting me personally, lol.

Last week was AP’s VNM week, and we killed an assload of NMs’. Including a few Yilbegen’s! (No drops on Galdr’s ring though)

I have to take a second to say farewell forever to my dear friend Marvolo. He and Touchstone brought me into this game many years ago, and they’ve played on and off for many of those years. I’ve had control of Marvolo’s character for a little bit.

Helped my social shell do some VNM also!! Carste got to NIN tank and it made his dick hard.

Carste and I did some tabs farming in Valley of Sorrows, and tried to get claim on Aspidochelone.. Didn’t happen.

Abyssea-Konschtat with AP, Alliance EXP style. Pretty cool, and won enough Curor to upgrade my pants for BLM. (Yeah, I know they’re cheap, but spending my Curor was free!)

I’ve spent a lot of time in Sea leveling BLM, and killing Ix’aern. Sadly, we were never able to get the cape item to drop for Xean.

Did Dynamis-Windurst (ughh), but was able to get WHM feets! Gogo- Bar-spell macros!

That’s about ittt so far. I’ve been spending a little more time in the real world than I usually do.

Oh, Carste and I spammed 3 BCNM Up in Arms, and I thought I had taken some screenshots, but I guess I didn’t… weird. No KClub.

BLM 78, this took 2 fucking weeks.

I’ve put RDM and PLD on hold for a long time, and I plan on selling off all the gear for them. I have too much leveling and meriting to do in order to not be gimp. I am glad that I leveled RDM as far as I did so I don’t have to do it for subjob (CONVERT!).
Friday we continued our WOTG static again.. I forgot to take any more screenshots past the entrance lol.

Got some Jailer of Love action going on with AP! That was a lot of fun. Never fought it before, and I’ll include all screenshots since I know Carste is interested in how we killed it.

It died, and Absolute Virtue popped. .... annnnnd wiped us. Lol. It was awesome to see this huge professional group take a megawipe in stride. A few of them even got up so they could die again, but this time with a slide. Hilarious.

Did some BLM EXP/Ix farming with Carste. I think we got super lucky and Ix popped on the 2nd or 3rd Aern we killed! We got Zerayla to bring her Alt character: Xean to lot on the cape, but it didn’t drop. It was an easy kill though. We got a lot of exp at this camp.

Did some 6man Shoggoth kills with AP also. That was fun!

Also time for my upgrades I recently got.

Snow Ring: I’ll probably augment this even though I shouldn’t.

Zenith Crown: Essential for HP pushdown set on Sorcerer’s ring and max MP for WHM.

Some Tier II VNM with AbsolutePerfection.
